Natasha Sakhuja is an Indian-Canadian self-taught designer with an immense passion for fashion design, fashion illustration, and sewing. She founded SAKHUJA in September 2010 by organizing a charity fashion show where she designed her first line to raise funds for the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre. She believes in showcasing work as an art show and to always show the unexpected. Sakhuja never uses only standard size models, Natasha believes beauty does not come in one form. Her luxurious garments are made from the gorgeous textiles of India and her signature look is the white dress. She has dressed Stars such as Degrassi's Melinda Shankar for the Gemini Awards and singer, Singer/Songwriter Taya Marquis for various performances. Natasha continues to grow, explore and create as a designer.
